Pam Edwards2024-05-13Had an automated blind fitted on a keylite window. They started to ruck up And come away from the frame after a while. JLS blinds came round to fix it, but same trouble after a couple of days. John from JLS suggested that I rang keylite because the blinds were not up to specification , and he had so much trouble with the company, and these particular blinds . I rang keylite, they were very unhelpful, they said it was the installers problem, they had not been fitted properly. John also had said Not to open the window when the blind down. I obeyed his instructions. But he insists that I must have opened them when blind down. Basically he is saying I am lying, Why is he still installing blinds on keylite windows if he knows they are not correct, and are going to cause the customers problems. I paid nearly £400 pound for blind and installation. I am very unhappy that i am in the middle of Keylite and JLS blinds dispute. I am left out of pocket and with a blind that is damaged beyond repair.

I had a tricky long and wide window we had blinds for. Perfect. To finish the room off I ordered black out curtains. .What can I say ....Frazer is a lovely friendly and super efficient blind installer. From the moment he arrived he removed his shoes ( he didn't even need to be asked) worked thoroughly, efficiently, tidyly and was professional throughout! He explained everything regarding positioning and making sure I was happy. He left the rooms as he found them clean and tidy and was a true gentleman throughout. I would like to credit Frazer and JLS blinds as ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ and would not hesitate to recommend. You won't be disappointed!

I needed my 15 year old vertical blinds replaced (4 windows, 2 doors) Still wanted verticals but a bit more contemporary and blackouts. Great suggestions from Stephen. Blinds fitted today by Jason. We had our house fitted with blinds throughout when moving in in 2021.What can I say ....Frazer is a lovely friendly and super efficient blind installer. He explained everything regarding charging/functioning of the blinds individually or at the same time. He left the rooms as he found them clean and tidy and was a true gentleman throughout.
